Two important caves can be visited in Ithaki. They are like paradise itself both for the archaeologists and the simple
tourists who have the chance to find themselves in places where eternity meets the present.
The first one, the Nymphs' Cave , is situated outside Vathi on the the way to Aetos.
The second, Loizos' Cave, is situated at the northern part of the island, near Stavros. Admirable are also the huge stones, called Menir, which are situated aroud the village of Anogi
