VILLA KIRKI APARTMENTS
The apartments are set in the tranquil village of Agia Efimia,
located on the eastern side of Kefalonia between Sami and Fiscardo,
ideally centrally located for visiting the whole island if you so
wish. The crystal clear waters of the sea make the beaches of the
area ideal for swimming and snorkelling.
There are many things to do in our village and local area that you
may like to try. These include; fun on the sea with an outboard
motorboat, enjoying the beauty of the local environment along the
designated walking paths, nights of live Greek music at local
taverners, local festivals on particular dates, water sports, art
exhibitions, theatre, local and international folklore dancing.
These are just some of the wonderful things to do whist visiting.

ACCOMODATION
Suite apartments
Each one has its own private entrance with a balcony with outdoor
table and two chairs and a drying rack.
Each suite apartment has two rooms on the same level.
• The bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables, dressing table,
mirror, safe deposit box, T.V. and hairdryer. Iron and ironing board
and hair dryer available on request.
• Shower room with toilet.
• The living room has a kitchen area with two hotplates, small
fridge, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, toaster, coffee
machine and kettle.
• The living area has a double sofa bed, two armchairs, coffee table
and air conditioning.
Maisonette apartments
Each apartment has two rooms.
• The mezzanine bedrooms have a double bed, two bedside tables,
wardrobe, safe deposit box, mirror and air conditioning. Iron and
ironing board and hair dryer available on request.
On the lower living level there is:
• The shower room with toilet,
• The kitchen area with two hotplates, small fridge, crockery,
cutlery and cooking utensils, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.
• The living area with a single bed sofa, coffee table, T.V. and an
armchair.
• The balcony with outdoor table and two chairs and a drying rack.

YELLOW BOATS
Spend all day exploring and finding secluded beaches and wonderful coves
only accessible by boat.
Enjoy the sun, sea and experience the adventure.
Driver licences are not required.
Tuition is provided before you set off alone.
The range of boats available is:
• From 4.30 metres to 4.85 metres
• Outboard engines from 15HP – 30HP
• Smaller boats take 2 to 5 people
• Larger boats take 2 to 6 people
We provide you with a cool box and a beach umbrella. |
